Bought a Honda Pilot June 19th, now can't get anyone from finance on the phone to resolve a problem with thw contract. There is no direct way to contact them either ... No phone, no email. Always have to be transferred and they never answer the phone. You are a low priority after you buy the car.

Well, my wife went to look at minivans she found one she liked . They said they would hold it until I got there, and when I did, they said they had sold it. So we found another one. They said they could only give me 4,000 for my trade-in and show me paperwork that the trade-in is worth 9,600 that hurt. So we went with the van that had a 90-day no payment thing. Above all else, I appreciate the fact that I was never pressured. On my first visit to dealership, I was able to test drive a vehicle and since it wasn’t exactly what we were searching for, we left. I did receive a follow up message before I returned to buy my car, and then when I returned, I picked a vehicle that I had already done research on, test drive, and purchased same day. I would say the closing process is great, easy and smooth.
