Brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for its inspection at 7:00 PM on a Thursday evening. Service "concierge" told me it would take a "short" time. When I checked with him 45 minutes later he clarified that a "short" time in the evening means about 1 1/2 hours! In fact it was ready (and washed) fifteen minutes later at about 8:00 PM. No problems with the courtesy or the service but clarification of the word "short" in terms of an actual approximate time period would have been useful.

The late night service is very convenient because I work long hours. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. They always advise me of my approximate wait time; and check in with me in the lobby with the status of my car.

Best experience I have ever had with a Honda service department. The worked I had done on my vehicle had to be completed by a dealer, and my mechanic recommended this one. He was right. They worked me in the day I called, were open until 11pm for pick up, and when one thing wasn't quite right, they noticed it first and fixed it before I left. Had tried to have the work done at another dealer about a year ago, had waited for the appointment for a month, and then when I showed up the parts had not been ordered. I would not hesitate to take my car back to this dealer for service.

The staff was helpful and the service was done in a reasonable time. I appreciated having a waiting room and a drinks to wait. While I was waiting I chatted a little with the person who sold me my card in that dealership and he was very helpful as usual. I am content with my purchase and the service so far.

Too many non-technical service advisers out front and far too few technicians working on the vehicles Hard to believe that it took two hours and fourty five minutes to do an oil change and NC State inspection.

This is the worst service experience ever in the past 15 years I had been living in this country. Dropped off my car for a manufacturer safety recall at 11:30AM and I was told that my car will be ready in 5 hours. Called them at 6:30PM and was told that the car will be ready in a couple of hours. Received a call at 9:00PM that the car is ready for pick up. When we went to the dealership to pick the car up, the service personnel didn't even have the basic courtesy to greet the customer. The only word we got from the front desk person was a rude "YES". Someone got the information from us and went to bring the car upfront. To our shock, the person brought somebody else's car to us. When I told him that that was not my car, he went back inside, brought the keys to my car and just told us where the car is and asked us to go and pick it up ourselves. Didn't even offer an apology for the confusion. At this time I was already fuming with anger and disappointment in the way I was treated thus far. The worst thing happened after we reached home. As soon as we came back home, I got a call from another service personnel informing us that our Odyssey will be ready in 10 minutes for pick up. My car is an Accord, not an Odyssey. I am completely baffled by the total lack of professionalism and the worst carelessness with customer's cars. The person who called got an earful from me and hung up as quick as he could. Despite my colleague's warning that this is not the best dealership around, I still went there since it was closer to our home. This service department must be run and managed by the MOST INCOMPETENT people in the world. This will be the last time I am going here for anything and I will make sure that I will spread this word around.

We had a great purchasing experience from the very attentive salesperson, Cannon Forrest. He worked hard to show us every vehicle in our price range, discussing at length various features, fuel efficiency and other relevant questions. He did not over-direct our search and we tried out some vehicles that were clearly not a good fit for an aging couple. Finally we settled on the CR-V that we plan to keep for many years. We especially liked its height and the back up camera, which really helps in busy parking lots. We also got a decent trade in price for our old vehicle. Honda had been recommended as a car that was easy to repair and cost less to maintain overall by our long-time shop. Cannon was excellent at helping us through the process and was always courteous and never pushy.
